We have owned and operated the business at 21 Main Street in West Sayville, New York since 2003, first as 21 Main Prime Steakhouse and since 2014, as Bluestone Tavern. In addition, we are very excited to continue to expand our events business to 180 Maiden Lane in New York City as well as in Pompano Beach, Florida. We look forward to continuing to serve our guests at all of our established New York locations, including Land’s End Waterfront Catering, Flowerfield Celebrations, Audrey’s Bakery, Tribeca Rooftop and Tribeca 360, as well as at our locations in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We are confident that they will deliver a great product and undoubtedly will be an asset to the Sayville community.Īdditionally, the divestment of Bluestone Tavern will enable us to focus on our core business of exquisite, catered events. The new operators are the proprietors of an extensive portfolio of a la carte locations, including Besito in West Islip, Roslyn and Huntington, NY and Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts as well as The Shed, also located in Huntington, NY. While we are sad that we will no longer be operating the business, we are excited to be leasing the property to exemplary restauranteurs. It is truly bittersweet to announce that Bluestone Tavern will be serving its last meal on July 21, 2019.
